Wearing Twins

Usually people with twins get two carriers, one for each baby. This is very comfortable for the parent when wearing both babies because each baby can be worn on opposite sides
distributing the weight in a very balanced fashion. When the babies are new they can be worn together in the same carrier. The babies can be worn in one carrier for approximately four months or until their weight combined approaches the recommended weight limit of 35lbs.

Return/Exchange Policy for New Native Carriers

Returning your carrier is not a problem. First of all if you have not tried washing one do that first as they are designed to shrink to size when washed. If after washing and are still too big you can make an equal exchange directly through New Native Inc. As long as the carrier is in like new condition. Like - new meaning it is not cut, torn, faded or worn excessively, has no animal hair, satins or odors. If carrier is soiled in any way it will be sent back “as-is”. Washed or heavily wrinkled carriers may be exchanged for pre-washed carriers. All are subject to a meticulous in-house inspection before they process the exchange.

New Carriers: We accept returns of new, unwashed carriers up to 30 days. See our customer service return policy. Please keep in mind that many children may need a few rides in their new sling to get accustom to it, especially if they are older. Often they will adjust after being in the sling around 3-5 times. If it is new for them, you may wish to have their first few rides be during a time when they are well rested and fed. This will help increase the chances of initial success. Put your child in your sling and start moving! It is often your movement while carrying them in the sling that begins to calm them and make them feel right at home in their new carrier! If you are having trouble adjusting to your new sling we would also suggest calling the company New Native click here and speak with the customer service department to see if they can help provide you with some helpful suggestions or tips.
